From Advice to Products

Miduty began with free consultations and two products. These focused on thyroid support and liver health. The model built trust first and sales followed.

Within seven months, the business reached ₹50 lakh in revenue. The team then moved into a larger office in Jalandhar. They hired nutritionists and doctors to manage consultations.

By 2023, Miduty had a team of about 45 health professionals across Jalandhar and Delhi. In the same year, the company rebranded as Miduty. After the rebrand, website conversions increased and stayed strong.

Scaling Without Funding

As of 2026, Miduty reports a monthly revenue run rate of about ₹15 crore. The company remains bootstrapped. It relies on repeat customers rather than high one-time sales.

The brand states that nearly 78 percent of its customers return. Most customers buy supplements for three to six months. This helps keep cash flow stable.

Miduty shifted manufacturing from white labelling to a lease-license setup in Jaipur. The company controls raw material sourcing and tests products for quality and heavy metals.

What Miduty Sells

Miduty offers a small range of supplements. Each product targets a clear health need. The company avoids large product launches and keeps the range focused.

Based on customer demand, Miduty plans to enter new areas. These include skincare, oral care, pet care, and supplements for children.

Team and Leadership

Pranav Midha oversees planning and execution at Miduty. He focuses on systems, people, and process. The company has around 100 people across operations, health, and support roles.

Miduty also runs a community programme called Wonder Women. It includes around 20 women trained by company doctors and nutritionists. They support outreach through local events and health talks.
